I booked the Deluxe Triple Bed Room with three single beds as advertised, but upon arrival, the staff said those rooms didn't exist. Instead, they provided a smaller room with just two beds, which was not only disappointing but incredibly cramped.

The staff here. They offered a complimentary pickup from the airport, even when my flight was delayed late at night. The room was spacious, clean, and equipped with a great air conditioning system, perfect for those warm evenings. Plus, the nearby local restaurant served delicious meals and also offered delivery-highlighting the convenience and comfort of my stay!

They helped me with local dining recommendations, especially for veg food at Sri Mu Saravana Bhavan, which turned out to be delicious. I chose this hotel because of its closeness to Kochi International Airport, only about 400 meters away, making my arrival and departure super convenient. My only issue was with the minimal space in the room. It felt a bit cramped, especially with a couple of tables taking up extra space. However, if you just need a place for a short stay, this hotel does the job well. The complementary cab service offered for airport drop-off was a fantastic bonus. I'd definitely consider this place again for the excellent location and service.
